Although the semiconductor industry has been on a steady decline, especially in the PC industry, Gartner forecasts a slight turnaround.  This predicted increase is with thanks to the memory market and it’s trending supply and demand,  whereas the IoT and Wearable markets are still too novice to foresee an impact in the 2017 semiconductor growth.
