This week we learned Intel Corp has hired the former ARM executive Tom Lantzsch to lead Intel’s escalating IoT division as the Senior VP and GM of the IoT section.  Meanwhile, Intel’s automotive division has also sought out for fresh new leaders in Doug Davis and Kathy Winter who were previously the Intel’s Senior VP and GM of the IoT and K. Winter was the VP of automated driving at Delphi Electronics & Safety.  All three new leaders bring massive expertise to Intel’s planned expansions.

As Moore’s Law has come to its predicted completion, industry specialists have shifted gears where they are now looking at the entire environment and not just the single components going into a particular networking system and finding alternative ways to maximize its computational functionality while keeping components at their tiniest possible levels. We expect to see several new inventions within the decade.
