ELESTA GmbH looks back on a traditional company history. Our roots go back to the founding of ELESTA Elektrotechnik AG in 1952, in which a large number of innovations were realized up to 1996, including light-optical sensors, measurement and control systems as well as relays. In 1997 ELESTA relays GmbH was established as a manufacturer of relays with forced contacts according to IEC 61810-3. In 2013, the company was renamed ELESTA GmbH. We are part of the PILZ GmbH & Co. KG company group. We develop and produce products in three areas: Relay with forced contacts Optical Miniature Encoders Customized sensors At our location in Bad Ragaz / Switzerland, 273 people are currently employed. All our products are developed and manufactured in our 2008 new building. Our company works according to the Lean principle. Our goal is the continuous improvement in all areas of the company and the further development of our products for the benefit of our customers.
