Located in Bloomington, Minnesota, Polar Semiconductor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sanken Electric Company, Ltd. We operate a 310,000 square-foot facility that includes 150,000 square feet of cleanroom space for silicon wafer fabrication. Our manufacturing facilities consist of a six-inch (150mm) and two eight-inch (200mm) wafer fabs, which gives us the ability to process more than 6,000 wafers a week. We are rapidly expanding our fabs to accommodate future customer and industry growth.
