The Broker Forum's Escrow Service is an online agreement between two companies allowing The Broker Forum to act as a third party holder of funds in trust for a confirmed Purchase Order until the predefined terms and conditions are fulfilled. At present, we are pleased to introduce our new Escrow guest options on The Broker Forum! As a TBF member, you may now invite a Buyer or a Vendor to be your Escrow Guest.
To initiate a transaction with a member or non-member, a Broker Forum Customer Support Representative can assist you in sending or replying to the RFQ to ensure the necessary steps are taken towards a smooth transaction or simply log into your TBF account and select Information Center then click “Escrow On-Line”.
Only at The Broker Forum can you conduct an Escrow Transaction with multiple part numbers on the same Escrow transactions at no additional costs to you! Also, The Broker Forum’s unique Escrow Services is open for replacement parts within the same transaction and offers you the option of acceptance conditions on all Escrow transactions.
(1) Escrow fee to be paid by the Vendor if the Vendor is unable to ship the full quantity ordered.
(2) Escrow fee to be paid by the Vendor if the parts are shipped to the Buyer in more than one shipment.
